 Whether they are used in communal installations (for example purification plants, landfills or hospitals) or as more recently in district heating facilities for residential houses – everywhere that natural gas or waste products such as sewer gas, fermentation gas,  landfill gasses and coal mine gas are burned using district heating central plants, industrial spark plugs are in use and play their part in reclaiming current, hot water and heat.
 

There are 2 types of heavy Duty spark plugs. 火花塞拆裝注意事項(xiàng)
·拔下高壓線接頭時(shí)應(yīng)輕柔，操作時(shí)不可用力搖晃火花塞絕緣體，否則會(huì)破壞火花塞密封性能。
·發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻后方可拆卸，當(dāng)旋松所要拆卸的火花塞后，用一根細(xì)軟管逐一吹凈火花塞周圍的污物，以防火花塞旋出后污物落入燃燒室內(nèi)。
·螺絲周圍、火花塞電極和密封墊必須保持清潔，干燥無(wú)油污，否則會(huì)引發(fā)漏電、漏氣、火花減弱等故障。
·安裝時(shí)，先用套筒將火花塞對(duì)準(zhǔn)螺孔，用手輕輕擰入，擰到約螺紋全長(zhǎng)的1/2后，再用加力杠桿緊固。若擰動(dòng)時(shí)手感不暢，應(yīng)退出檢查是否對(duì)正螺口或螺紋中有無(wú)夾帶雜質(zhì)，切不可盲目加力緊固，以免損傷螺孔，殃及缸蓋，特別是鋁合金缸蓋。
·應(yīng)按要求力矩?cái)Q緊，過(guò)松會(huì)造成漏氣，過(guò)緊使密封墊失去彈性，同樣會(huì)造成漏氣。錐座型火花塞由于不用密封墊，遵守?cái)Q緊力矩尤顯重要。
